Agromedicine – The Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Jember (FK UNEJ), held an Open Senate Meeting with the agenda of the Medical Bachelor Graduation (Yudisium) Period 3 of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The event took place on Monday, February 3, 2026, at the Avicenna Auditorium of FK UNEJ.

A total of 89 students were declared to have successfully completed their studies and participated in the graduation ceremony. The event was conducted in a solemn and dignified manner and was attended by the leadership of FK UNEJ, lecturers, and administrative staff. In addition, parents and guardians of the graduates joined the event online via the Zoom platform.

The Open Senate Meeting officially marked the completion of the students’ academic journey at the Medical Bachelor level. This moment also served as an expression of the faculty’s appreciation for the students’ academic achievements after successfully completing all stages of their education.

As part of the graduation ceremony, the 89 graduates jointly recited the Junior Doctor’s Pledge, which was witnessed by all attendees, both in person and online. The pledge symbolized the graduates’ initial commitment to upholding ethical values and professionalism in the field of medicine.

This graduation ceremony also represented a crucial step before the students proceed to the next stage of their education, namely the Medical Professional Program. Therefore, the event was not only ceremonial in nature, but also educational and informative for the graduates.

On the same occasion, a socialization session on preparation for the Medical Professional Program was delivered directly by the Coordinator of the Medical Professional Study Program, dr. Yuli Hermansyah. The session provided an overview of the educational pathway, academic regulations, and the readiness required before entering the professional phase.

Through this socialization session, students were expected to prepare themselves optimally in terms of academic, mental, and professional readiness, enabling them to undergo the medical professional education smoothly and responsibly.

Through the implementation of the Medical Bachelor Graduation (Yudisium) Period 3 of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, FK UNEJ hopes that its graduates will continue to develop their competencies, uphold integrity, and become future doctors who are ethical, professional, and committed to serving the community.
