Avicenna

The Avicenna Building is located in front of the Faculty of Medicine, Jember University. This building is the administrative center of the faculty. The academic community can conduct all administrative activities in this building, such as submitting active student certificates, requesting leave permits, borrowing rooms for activities, requesting consumables for learning activities, requesting leave for employees, and many others. The dean’s office building consists of several rooms, including the faculty leadership room, the administrative coordinator room, the academic room, student and alumni affairs, the finance and personnel room, the general room, and the BMN room.

Hippocrates

The Hippocrates Building is located in the eastern part of the Dean’s Office building. This building is an integrated laboratory owned by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember. In this laboratory, students can improve various activities that focus on developing process skills, both processes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, and improve the skills and expertise of researchers in using the equipment available in the laboratory. The Biomedical Building consists of several laboratories, including; anatomy laboratory, microbiology laboratory, clinical pathology laboratory, anatomical pathology laboratory, histology laboratory, biochemistry laboratory, parasitology laboratory, physiology laboratory and physiology laboratory. There is also a laboratory for experimental animals located in the east of this building.

Galenus

The Gelenus Building is located north of the Dean’s Office building and is the center for basic clinical skills practicums for students. Clinical skills activities aim to improve students’ ability to perform clinical procedures related to health issues by applying the principles of patient safety, personal safety, and the safety of others. Supported by the following pillars: information management, scientific foundations of medical science, clinical skills, and health problem management. The clinical skills building consists of an accreditation room, meeting rooms, reading rooms, and a clinical skills station, which consists of 24 rooms.

Cordis

The Cordis (Core of Every Discussion) building is the center of the teaching and learning process for students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember. The teaching and learning process at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember, consists of laboratory practicums as well as lectures and tutorials. Tutorials are group learning sessions of 10-15 students, guided by tutors who act as facilitators. During discussions, students are confronted with emerging health issues in the form of module scenarios that serve as triggers for discussion. The student center building consists of several rooms, including an agromedical museum, a gym, an agromedical cafe, an international classroom, 24 tutorial rooms, 3 large lecture halls, and an agromedicine hall.
