Agromedicine – There is an unusual view at the Luminor Jember hotel. Hotels seem busier and security is tighter than usual. On that day, the inauguration of the Jember branch of IDI (Indonesian Doctors’ Association) will be held which will be attended by the Regent of Jember: Ir. H. Hendy Siswanto., ST., IPU, General Chairperson of IDI East Java Region: Dr. dr. Sutrisno, Sp.OG.K, Pj. Jember Regional Secretary: Arief Tyyahyono, Assistant 2 Jember Regency: dr. Hendro Soelistijono., MM., M.Kes, Head of the Communication and Informatics Office of Kab. Jember Bobby A. Sandy, and all related invitees.
The inauguration procession was held solemnly. Chairman of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Jember Branch for the 2022-2025 Service Period, dr. Ali Sodikin, M.Kes., Sp.A and all of his staff were officially appointed by Dr. dr. Sutrisno, SpOG.K as General Chairperson of IDI for the East Java Region. Dr. Ali Sodikin, M.Kes, Sp.A is one of the best lecturers owned by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember. Previously, he served as deputy dean 3 of FK UNEJ and led the FK UNEJ accreditation team to win the title of excellence from LAM-PT Kes in 2022. In his remarks, dr. Ali Sodikin, M.Kes, Sp.A would like to thank all parties who have entrusted the mandate of this medical professional organization to him. In addition, he also invited all parties to collaborate with each other in order to build and overcome health problems in Jember
On this occasion dr. Ali also mentioned IDI’s vision and mission, “In fact, this organization has a vision of realizing ethical Indonesian doctors according to the code of ethics. IDi Jember’s motto is EMPATI (Adaptive, Responsive, and Innovative Independent Professional Ethics). We are a strategic partner of the government,” said dr. Ali who has now replaced dr. Alfi Yudisianto holds the IDI Jember leadership relay.
In the ranks of the IDI board, there are several names of other FK UNEJ lecturers who have helped Dr. Ali Sodikin, M.Kes., Sp.A. in realizing the vision and mission of the organization. He is Dr. dr. Hairrudin, M. Kes, dr. Supangat, Ph.D., Sp.BA, Dr. dr. Sugiyanta, M.Ked., dr. Afiful Jauhani, M.H., Sp.F., dr. Suryono, Sp.JP-FIHA, dr. Angga dr. Ayu Munawaroh Aziz, M.Biomed, and dr. Angga Mardro Raharjo Sp.P.
The existence of several FK UNEJ lecturers in IDI management proves IDI’s recognition of FK UNEJ and hopes that it will facilitate the synergy of FK UNEJ with IDI to jointly solve health problems.
