Agromedicine – Located in the Skills Clinic Building, Friday 12 January 2023, the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember warmly welcomed the presence of the Chancellor of Surabaya State University (UNESA) and his staff in a series of activities to establish collaboration in establishing the Medical Study Program at Surabaya State University (UNESA).
As stated by the dean of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Jember, dr. Ulfa Elfiah, M.Kes, Sp.BP-RE(K), this collaboration covers several things, namely human resource development at Surabaya State University (UNESA), and is also related to the learning curriculum system.
Several technical steps have been agreed upon regarding HR, which later from the Jember University Faculty of Medicine will be directly involved in the learning process at Surabaya State University (UNESA), assisting in meeting specific HR needs that are not yet owned by Surabaya State University (UNESA). , of course, based on the requirements that must be prepared. Regarding human resources, in the first step, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) will send its lecturers to take part directly or do internships to find out how the learning process is going on at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember.
In addition, it is possible that in the future UNEJ and UNESA will continue to be together not only in the field of education but also in the field of community service and research. This collaboration is made possible by collaborating on the special content of each institution, namely the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) with the content of Sports Medicine and the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Jember with the content of Agromedicine Medicine.
