This socialization is essential to ensure that prospective residents understand their rights, obligations, and the rules that must be adhered to throughout their clinical training.

The socialization materials covered internal hospital regulations, service systems and patient safety, professional ethics, and coordination mechanisms between residents and clinical supervisors. These aspects are expected to support a smooth educational process while maintaining the quality of healthcare services in the hospital.
