MedComplaint is a whistleblowing system application specifically designed to facilitate complaints about disciplinary violations, including acts or indications of fraud, non-fraud, and/or other violations that could harm the faculty, as well as complaints related to services at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember. This application aims to provide students and faculty staff with an easily accessible platform to share their experiences, address their concerns, and provide constructive feedback.
MedComplaint not only allows users to file complaints but also provides transparency in the handling of those complaints. The application integrates complaint tracking and reporting processes, allowing users to view the status of their complaints and receive responses from the faculty in real-time.
