Agromedicine – The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPI) Team of Jember University visited the Faculty of Medicine in the framework of monev activities aimed at ensuring and improving the quality of education and development at the Faculty of Medicine. They conducted a comprehensive review of the Faculty of Medicine, covering the evaluation system, facilities, and website. In this Monev activity, the SPI team of Jember University collaborated with lecturers and staff. They collect data and information related to the implementation of operational standards related to teaching, research conducted by lecturers and students. Monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum is the main focus of this Monev activity.

In addition, the SPI team also evaluates the evaluation system at the Faculty of Medicine, including complaint methods, website features, or facilities that can be used by students. This aims to ensure that the evaluation system used is in accordance with established quality standards. The facilities available at the Faculty of Medicine are also a concern for the SPI team. They evaluate other supporting facilities to ensure the adequacy and functioning of these facilities.

The results of this Monev activity will be the basis for improvement and development at the Faculty of Medicine. The SPI team of Jember University will compile a report on the results of the Monev which will be submitted to university leaders and related parties to support efforts to improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Medicine. Monev activities carried out by the SPI team of Jember University show the university’s commitment to improving the quality of higher education, especially at the Faculty of Medicine. With the planned and structured Monev, it is hoped that the quality of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jember can continue to be improved.
