Agromedis – The Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Jember (FK UNEJ), has achieved the second-highest score in the lecturer performance evaluation survey conducted by students across Universitas Jember. This result serves as clear evidence of FK UNEJ’s commitment to delivering high-quality education to its students. FK UNEJ students provided highly positive evaluations of their lecturers, with the faculty earning a score of 6.58 in the survey.
This achievement reflects FK UNEJ’s ability to create a supportive and conducive academic environment for learning. The lecturers at FK UNEJ demonstrate strong dedication in helping students reach their full potential and in providing an optimal learning experience. Innovative and interactive teaching approaches have been key factors in this success. Creative teaching methods that actively engage students have made it easier for them to understand and apply the concepts being taught.
In addition, FK UNEJ offers an effective mentoring program. Each student receives personal guidance from an academic advisor who assists them in overcoming learning challenges, while also providing motivation and direction toward academic success.
FK UNEJ remains committed to continuously improving the quality of teaching by providing training and professional development opportunities for its lecturers. The faculty also pledges to continuously listen to student feedback in order to enhance and optimize the learning experience.
